While Lara, a former West Indies batting maestro, held the record for many years, he has slipped to 8th position on the list. Interestingly, even current batting giants like Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli haven’t yet overtaken Lara in this particular record.

The current record holder for most sixes in Test cricket is Ben Stokes of England, who has smashed 131 sixes in 106 matches.
