Nick Cannon has revealed that he attended Sean “Diddy” Combs’ legendary parties as a teenager, starting at the age of 16. While the “Masked Singer” host acknowledged being present at these gatherings, he insists his participation was limited to “Harlem shaking” and other innocent activities, denying involvement in any of the alleged “freak offs” associated with the parties.
Cannon’s comments come amidst multiple federal charges against Combs, including sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution. The music mogul is currently being held without bail in Brooklyn, NY, and has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
A Texas-based attorney representing over 100 alleged sexual assault victims against Combs claims that high-profile individuals are implicated in the alleged crimes. The attorney, Tony Buzbee, suggests that these individuals are attempting to avoid public scrutiny by paying off alleged victims. He has vowed to name these individuals once he has sufficient evidence.
Combs’ legal team has refuted the allegations, with lawyer Erica Wolff stating that he “looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court.” The trial is scheduled to start on May 5, 2025.
Despite his involvement in the parties, Cannon insists he has “never been drunk” in his life. He also emphasized that he has nothing to hide regarding his past attendance at Combs’ events.
