**Bangalore, India:** IT giant Wipro Ltd. is set to release its financial results for the July to September quarter and consider a potential bonus share issue at its upcoming board meeting scheduled for October 17th. The company confirmed the news in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) on Sunday.
The board meeting will see deliberations on a proposal for a bonus share issue, adhering to regulations set by the Companies Act, 2013, and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
