**New Delhi, October 11:** Commuters on the Delhi Metro’s Yellow Line can expect disruptions on Friday morning due to planned maintenance work at Vishwavidyalaya Metro station.
The DMRC has announced that services between Vishwavidyalaya and Kashmere Gate will be suspended until 6:25 am, with the first train from Vishwavidyalaya to Millennium City Centre departing at 6:29 am instead of 6 am. Similarly, the first train from Kashmere Gate to Samaypur Badli will start at 6:40 am instead of 6 am.
The Vidhan Sabha and Civil Lines stations will also remain closed during this period. Normal train services will continue on other sections of the Yellow Line, between Millennium City Centre and Kashmere Gate, and Samaypur Badli and Vishwavidyalaya.
Meanwhile, the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport successfully conducted its first trial landing, marking a key step towards its launch in March 2025. The trial included the landing and takeoff of Indian Air Force aircraft, including an Airbus C295 transport aircraft and a Sukhoi fighter jet, as part of the runway testing process.
