**New Delhi:** Early trends from the Haryana assembly election show Congress leading with 66 seats, while BJP is ahead on 13 seats. INLD is projected to win 2 seats, while JJP is yet to make a mark. An independent candidate is also leading in one constituency.
The Congress headquarters in New Delhi has witnessed jubilant celebrations with party workers distributing sweets. Party leader Pawan Kherda expressed confidence in the victory, stating, “We are confident that we will be enjoying laddoos and jalebis all day long. We will even send some to Prime Minister Modi. We are certain of forming the government in Haryana and Jammu and Kashmir with a majority.”
Meanwhile, BJP’s New Delhi office is also preparing for celebrations as the results are awaited.
