**Chicago, October 4, 2024:** Ketanam Shaji, Secretary of the Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC), and former Kerala DGP and artist, Tomin Thachankari, were given a warm welcome in Chicago during their brief visit to the United States.
The duo were greeted at a Meet and Greet event hosted by the Overseas Indian Congress (OICC) USA Chicago Chapter and Congress supporters. The event, scheduled for Saturday, October 5th at 12 PM at Trilok Restaurant (1746 W Golf Rd, Mt Prospect 60056), promises to be a grand affair.
“We cordially invite all Malayali friends in Chicago to join this momentous occasion,” said the organizers.
The event is being organized under the leadership of OICC National Vice President, Gladson Varughese, Chicago Chapter President, Louie Chicago, Northern Regional Chairman, Dr. Salby Paul Chennoth, Regional General Secretary, Saji Kurian, Chicago Chapter Treasurer, Rajan Thomas, and Secretary, Sinu Palaykkath, along with several other dedicated committees.
This grand welcome follows the overwhelming reception given to KPCC President K. Sudhakaran during his first visit to America in January 2024.
