Sat Oct 05 05:04:16 UTC 2024: ## UP NEET UG Counselling 2024: Third Round Schedule Announced

**Lucknow, October 6, 2024:** The Director General of Medical Education and Training (DME), Uttar Pradesh, has announced the schedule for the third round of online counselling for admission to MBBS and BDS programs in government and private medical and dental colleges in the state.

The counselling process will be conducted based on the results of the NEET UG 2024 exam. Candidates can register and upload documents from October 7 to 9, 2024, and must deposit the registration and security fees during the same period. The merit list will be released on October 10, 2024, and candidates can fill their online choices from October 11 to 15. Seat allotments will be announced on October 18, and allotment and admission letters can be downloaded between October 19 and 23.

Candidates who have already registered for previous rounds of counselling do not need to register again. However, those who haven’t paid the registration fee and security amount can participate by doing so during this period. Additionally, those who did not take admission or resigned from their seats in the second round of counselling can participate by depositing the security amount again.
