**Lucknow, India** – The eagerly awaited results for the Uttar Pradesh Police Constable recruitment exam are expected to be released by the end of October, according to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. The exam, held across five days in August, was conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment and Promotion Board (UPPBPB) to fill a massive 60,244 constable positions.
The Chief Minister shared the news on his official X (formerly Twitter) account, urging for the recruitment process to be expedited and emphasizing the importance of maintaining exam integrity. Around 48 lakh applicants registered for the exam, with 28.91 lakh taking the first phase and 19.26 lakh appearing in the second phase.
