**New Delhi:** The 18th installment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM Kisan) scheme was released on [Date of release], benefiting over 9.4 crore farmers with a total transfer of over ₹20,000 crore.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi flagged off the release of the installment from Washim, Maharashtra. Under the scheme, eligible landholding farmers receive ₹6,000 per year in three equal installments. With the release of the 18th installment, the total amount disbursed under the scheme has crossed ₹3.45 lakh crore.

The PM Kisan Yojana aims to provide income support to all landholding farmer families across the country, thereby boosting their income and strengthening the agricultural sector.

Following the release of the installment, the beneficiary list for the PM Kisan scheme will be made public. Farmers can check the list to confirm their eligibility for the scheme. Those whose names do not appear on the list can contact the relevant authorities with necessary documents.

The 17th installment of the scheme was released on June 18th.
