Fri Oct 04 13:49:32 UTC 2024: ## Nissan Magnite Facelift Launched in India: Bold New Look and Enhanced Features at Same Price
**New Delhi:** Nissan India has officially launched the facelift of its popular Magnite SUV, keeping the starting price unchanged at ₹5.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The updated model boasts an array of new features and a bolder design, making it even more appealing in the competitive compact SUV segment.
The Magnite, which was first introduced in 2020, remains popular among Indian buyers. The facelift retains the same powertrain options: a 1.0-liter B4D naturally-aspirated petrol engine (72PS/96Nm) and a 1.0-liter HRAO turbo-petrol engine (99PS/160Nm). Transmission options include a 5-speed MT and 5-speed AMT for the naturally-aspirated unit, and a 5-speed MT and CVT for the turbo-petrol engine.
The facelift is immediately recognizable thanks to the new M-shaped signature lights and diamond-cut 16-inch alloy wheels. A new “Sunrise Orange” color option adds to its bold appearance, and the SUV is now available in 13 total color options, including three-tone color combinations. Inside, the Magnite facelift gets a 7-inch instrument cluster and features a new “Around View Monitor,” “New I-key,” “Walk Away Lock,” “Wireless Charger,” and the ability to remotely start the engine from up to 60 meters away. Safety is further enhanced with the addition of six airbags and a best-in-class comfort package including a 360-degree leather touch interior (a first in the segment), heat-insulation coating for seats, four ambient lights, and a spacious 540-liter boot.
The Nissan Magnite facelift promises to maintain its popularity with its updated features, attractive styling, and competitive price point. With these improvements, Nissan aims to further solidify the Magnite’s position as a top contender in the Indian compact SUV market.
