**Hyderabad, India:** Jr NTR, the lead actor in the recently released Telugu film ‘Devara,’ has shed light on the strenuous underwater sequences that took over 35 days to film. Speaking at a promotional event in the US, NTR revealed that the demanding scenes involved him working for 9 hours a day, from 8 am to 5 pm, submerged in water.

“It was a tough shoot, but it was worth it,” NTR said. “I had to spend a lot of time underwater for ‘RRR’ as well, and Koratala Siva [the director] didn’t let me off the hook this time either. We worked tirelessly to make the underwater sequences look real and believable.”

The actor further elaborated on the challenges faced during filming, stating that creating realistic underwater scenes with VFX is extremely difficult. He also acknowledged the immense effort put in by the entire crew, highlighting the impressive shark scene in the climax, which took a significant amount of time to perfect.
