**New Delhi, India** – Nissan has unveiled the refreshed 2024 Magnite compact SUV in India, retaining its competitive starting price of ₹5.99 lakh (ex-showroom). While the price remains unchanged, the updated model boasts several new features and design tweaks aimed at enhancing its appeal.

The 2024 Magnite retains its two engine options: a 1.0-litre turbocharged petrol unit generating 98 bhp and 160 Nm of torque and a 1.0-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine delivering 71 bhp and 96 Nm of torque. Both engines are paired with either a five-speed manual transmission or a CVT/AMT gearbox, respectively.

The exterior refresh focuses on a sportier look, featuring a redesigned front bumper, a more prominent grille, and new bi-functional LED projector headlights with an automatic function. The signature boomerang-shaped daytime running lights (DRLs) have been repositioned to the lower bumper. The side profile remains similar, but new 16-inch alloy wheels add a touch of flair. At the rear, revised tail lamps with a smoked finish, a tweaked bumper design, and fresh detailing complete the visual update.

Inside, the cabin retains its familiar layout, but the upholstery has been upgraded to all-leather, enhancing the premium feel. Other interior enhancements include a frameless auto-dimming interior rear-view mirror (IRVM), a wireless charging pad, and a new “Sunshine Orange” color scheme. The seven-inch digital instrument cluster now offers customizable graphics, while the infotainment system continues to offer wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, complemented by an Arkamys 3D sound system. A new addition is a single-pane electric sunroof.

Safety has been bolstered with the inclusion of six airbags, Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC), Electronic Stability Control (ESC), Hill Start Assist, a Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), ISOFIX mounts for child seats, and an emergency stop signal. Existing safety features like ABS with EBD, traction control, and hydraulic brake assist remain standard.

The refreshed 2024 Nissan Magnite offers a compelling package with its updated design, enhanced features, and unchanged competitive pricing. With these improvements, Nissan hopes to further solidify its position in the popular compact SUV segment in India.
