**Abu Dhabi, UAE:** South Africa, reeling from a recent ODI series loss to Afghanistan, are set to face Ireland in a two-match T20 series starting on Friday, September 27th in Abu Dhabi. The series marks South Africa’s return to the T20 format since their World Cup final defeat to India and features several new faces in the squad.

Ireland, on the other hand, have already announced a new batting order with captain Paul Stirling opening alongside Lorcan Tucker and Harry Tector batting at number three. They will be looking to capitalize on South Africa’s recent struggles and cause an upset.
