**New York City, NY -** Mira Stella, the jewelry label founded by Sophie Bouilhet-Dumas, is bringing its delicate 18-karat gold creations to Gabriela Hearst’s Madison Avenue boutique in New York City from November 12th.

Bouilhet-Dumas, whose family founded French silversmith Christofle, drew inspiration from the lush garden surrounding her Normandy estate. The brand’s name, Mira Stella, honors her mother and grandmother, both passionate gardeners. Her jewelry designs capture the beauty of nature, meticulously recreating hydrangea petals, lemon-shaped sea kale seeds, and flax pods in exquisite detail.

Each piece is handcrafted in France using recycled gold and accented with diamonds, semi-precious stones, and precious woods like ebony. The collection ranges from single earrings priced at €350 to long necklaces adorned with multiple motifs reaching €7,200.

Bouilhet-Dumas’ partnership with English paleobotanist Mark Brown played a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s unique aesthetic. The two collaborated on transforming the Bouilhet-Dumas’ family property into a botanical paradise, drawing inspiration from stained glass, the Normandy coastline, and the region’s natural wildflowers.

“Mark is a genius,” Bouilhet-Dumas says, crediting Brown for encouraging her to translate her love of nature into jewelry. After initially hesitant about launching a brand, Bouilhet-Dumas was captivated by the prototypes created in Parisian jewelry ateliers. She embraced the opportunity to delve deeper into the history of plants, further fueling her creative drive.

Mira Stella’s delicate designs have resonated globally, with the brand launching online and opening a boutique in Paris’ sixth arrondissement. Earlier this year, Mira Stella expanded to Japan, and now returns to the U.S. with its pop-up at Gabriela Hearst’s boutique.

“We know each other, and she likes my work very much,” Bouilhet-Dumas says of Hearst, highlighting their shared appreciation for nature and craftsmanship. The pop-up represents another step in Mira Stella’s journey to bring the beauty of the natural world to a global audience.
