**SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 26, 2024** – iLearningEngines, Inc. (NASDAQ: AILE) is facing investor scrutiny following a damning report by Hindenburg Research, alleging significant financial irregularities. The company, which went public through a SPAC merger in April 2024, has seen its share price plummet by as much as 59% since the report’s release.
