**Seoul, South Korea** – Samsung has launched the latest addition to its Fan Edition series, the Galaxy S24 FE, offering a more affordable alternative to its flagship Galaxy S24 series released earlier this year.

The S24 FE boasts a larger 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 120Hz refresh rate, matching the size of the Galaxy S24 Plus. While the design closely resembles its flagship siblings, the S24 FE features a noticeable chin at the bottom of the device.

Under the hood, the S24 FE packs the Exynos 2400e chipset, offering a slight performance boost compared to the Exynos 2400 found in some overseas flagship models. While Samsung chose not to utilize Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, the Exynos 2400e is still expected to deliver a smooth user experience.

The phone’s camera system features a triple camera array: a 50MP primary lens with OIS, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and an 8MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. A 10MP selfie camera resides on the front.

Samsung’s AI-powered ProVision Engine enhances photography with AI algorithms, boosting detail and adding subtle textures. The camera also benefits from Nightography and an Adaptive Pixel Sensor, ensuring high-quality images even during zoom.

The Galaxy S24 FE incorporates Galaxy AI features like Generative Edit for transforming images into cartoon characters, Portrait Studio for enhancing profile icons, and Edit Suggestions for removing flaws and artifacts.

Beyond the camera, the S24 FE includes features like Google’s Circle to Search, Interpreter, Live Translate, Composer, and Note Assist. It also seamlessly integrates with the Galaxy ecosystem for file transfers and extended displays.

Samsung has prioritized battery life, equipping the S24 FE with a 4,700mAh battery, larger than the S23 FE and boasting 28 hours of video playback and 81 hours of audio playback.

The device comes in four colors: Graphite, Gray, Blue, and Mint, and offers storage options of 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB.

Pre-orders for the Galaxy S24 FE start today, September 26th, with a starting price of $649 in the United States. The official release date is set for October 3rd.

Alongside the S24 FE, Samsung is also releasing the Galaxy Watch FE LTE on October 3rd, starting at $249. Pre-orders for the watch come with a free lightweight fabric watch band. Samsung has hinted that the watch will receive features from the Galaxy Watch 7 and Watch Ultra later this fall.
