**Vancouver, British Columbia, September 26, 2024** – Finning International Inc. (TSX: FTT) today announced a planned leadership transition as part of its succession planning process. This move aims to accelerate the execution of the company’s strategic plan.
Effective January 1, 2025, Tim Ferwerda, current Managing Director of Finning UK and Ireland, will become President of Finning Canada. He will be replacing David Primrose, who will assume the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer, providing support during the transition.
Gary Megarrell, current Director of Construction Industries in the UK and Ireland, will succeed Ferwerda as Managing Director of Finning UK and Ireland.
Jane Murdoch, Executive Vice President, Chief Development and Legal Officer, will retire in early 2025 after contributing to a seamless transition of her responsibilities.
Kevin Parkes, President and Chief Executive Officer of Finning, expressed confidence in the new leadership appointments.
