Sean “Diddy” Combs’ attorney, Marc Agnifilo, has addressed the public’s curiosity surrounding the 1,000 bottles of baby oil seized from the rapper’s home following his arrest on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation for prostitution.
In a preview of TMZ’s upcoming documentary, “The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment,” Agnifilo clarified that the number of bottles came from federal documents, but insists he’s unsure how it’s relevant to the case. He jokingly suggested that “one bottle goes a long way” and expressed confusion about the need for such a large quantity.
He further defended Combs by explaining that the rapper buys in bulk due to his large residences and the availability of “Costcos in every place where he has a home.”
Agnifilo also confirmed that Combs intends to testify in court, expressing his client’s eagerness to tell his side of the story. The attorney believes Combs’ testimony, including explanations for leaked hotel footage of him assaulting his ex-girlfriend, Cassie, will shed light on the situation.
“He has a story…that I think, only he can tell in the way he can tell it in real time,” Agnifilo stated, calling it a “human story…of love, of hurt, of heartbreak.”
The TMZ Studios documentary “The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment” is set to premiere tonight on Tubi.
