**London, UK – September 21, 2023** – Luxury menswear platform MR PORTER has partnered with iconic Italian outerwear brand Stone Island to launch a limited-edition “Ghost” capsule collection. The collaboration, launching exclusively on MR PORTER on September 23rd, showcases Stone Island’s innovative approach to camouflage and MR PORTER’s commitment to curating the finest menswear.
The “Ghost” concept, first introduced by Stone Island in 2011, revolves around the idea of blending seamlessly into the environment. The collection features a monochromatic palette, with even the Stone Island badges rendered in the same deep grey hue, ensuring a unified appearance.
The 13-piece capsule includes outerwear as its centerpiece, featuring a luxurious down jacket crafted from fine merino worsted wool twill, garment-dyed and coated with resin for added protection. A field jacket made from Ventile®, a renowned British fabric known for its exceptional weather resistance, completes the collection’s outerwear offerings.
Rounding out the collection are an overshirt, a zip-up bomber jacket, knitwear, polo shirts, and cargo trousers, all in the cohesive grey colorway.
