**New York, NY** – Indian External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar has reiterated the difficult history of India-China relations, highlighting the ongoing tensions along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) as a major obstacle to bilateral progress. Speaking at the Asia Society in New York on Tuesday, Jaishankar recalled the deadly clash between Indian and Chinese troops in 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic.
