**Safed, Israel** – A rocket fired from Lebanon struck an assisted living facility in the Safed area on Wednesday, the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) announced. Thankfully, no casualties were reported.
The incident occurred amidst a barrage of approximately 40 rockets launched from Lebanese territory towards the Upper Galilee region. The IDF intercepted several of these rockets, but one managed to hit the assisted living building.
