MBC’s upcoming drama “Doubt” has released new stills showcasing the gripping tension between veteran actors Han Suk Kyu and Oh Yun Soo as an on-screen couple. The drama, a psychological thriller, follows Jang Tae Soo (Han Suk Kyu), a top criminal profiler who uncovers a shocking secret about his daughter related to a murder case he’s investigating.
Oh Yun Soo plays Yoon Ji Soo, the ex-wife of Jang Tae Soo and mother of Ha Bin (Chae Won Bin). Her character adds another layer of intrigue to the story, with the stills hinting at a complex relationship between the mother and daughter.
The newly released images depict Oh Yun Soo’s character with a resentful, reproachful look towards her husband, Tae Soo, while also showcasing a desperate embrace with her daughter, Ha Bin. This fuels anticipation for the drama’s complex narrative and the emotional depths the actors will explore.
“Doubt” marks a significant reunion for Han Suk Kyu and Oh Yun Soo, who last shared the screen together in the MBC drama “Son and Daughter” in 1992. Oh Yun Soo expressed her excitement about reuniting with Han Suk Kyu after 31 years, saying, “It was surprising and delightful to reunite as a married couple in this drama.”
