**London, UK – [Date]** – Federation Stories UK, the UK arm of French production powerhouse Federation, has announced the appointment of Beth Warin as Head of Development. Warin joins the company from the BBC, where she served as Drama Commissioning Executive, overseeing a range of successful projects including “Lockerbie”, “The Night Manager” season two, “Lions”, and “The Ministry of Time”.

Prior to her time at the BBC, Warin held the position of Development Executive at Fremantle-backed Dancing Ledge Productions, where she honed her skills in shepherding projects from concept to completion. Throughout her career, she has also been actively involved in mentoring programs with organizations like ScreenSkills, ITV, and the BBC, demonstrating her dedication to fostering emerging talent.

In her new role, Warin will work alongside Federation Stories UK Managing Director Polly Williams to shape the company’s international drama production slate. This appointment comes at a time of growth for Federation Stories, which recently completed production on the Chris Lang series “I, Jack Wright” for UKTV and has numerous projects in development across the UK, US, and Europe.

Warin’s appointment marks the third major addition to Federation Stories UK since its launch in 2021. The company previously welcomed Executive Producer Sarah Best and Development Executive Marissa Ogbeide, both from Sugar Films, in 2022.
