**NAPA, CA** – The Napa County District Attorney’s Office has announced that it will not be filing criminal charges against Artem Chigvintsev, the “Dancing With the Stars” professional dancer, who was arrested in August on suspicion of felony domestic violence.
District Attorney Allison Haley stated that while the office takes all domestic violence allegations seriously, the evidence presented did not meet the “beyond a reasonable doubt” standard required for criminal charges. “We have an ethical obligation to only file charges when supported by the evidence,” Haley said in a statement.

They will not be releasing any further information about the case, including the identity of the alleged victim.
