**LOS ANGELES, CA -** The second week of “Dancing With the Stars” saw two celebrities sent home on “Oscars Night” after a night of glamorous performances and high-stakes competition.
Chandler Kinney and Brandon Armstrong stole the show with their breathtaking rumba to Billie Eilish’s “What Was I Made For,” earning the highest score of the night and praise from judge Carrie Ann Inaba for their emotional performance.
