**Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – September 25, 2024** – Chinese motorcycle manufacturer Cyclone, a subsidiary of Zongshen, has launched a limited edition sports bike, the RC600 Centennial Legend Commemorative Edition, exclusively for the domestic Chinese market.
The RC600, priced at 28,888 yuan (RM16,983), is inspired by MotoGP machines and boasts a striking resemblance to Aprilia’s RS-GP, featuring large front wings and “shark gills” fairing sides.
Powering the RC600 is a 550 cc, liquid-cooled, two-cylinder engine producing 59 hp at 8,500 rpm and 55 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm. Cyclone claims the bike can reach a top speed of 180 km/h.
The RC600 comes equipped with standard sportsbike features like upside-down forks, a monoshock rear suspension, single hydraulic discs on both 17-inch wheels, and two-channel ABS. Additional features include a 15-litre fuel tank, a TFT-LCD instrument panel, and a weight of 186 kg.
Only 100 units of the RC600 will be produced and are available for purchase online through the Cyclone website. The limited-edition bike is sure to be a hit among Chinese motorcycle enthusiasts seeking a powerful and stylish ride.
