**New Delhi, India – September 27, 2024** – vivo has launched its latest offering, the V40e, in the Indian market today. Following the design cues of its V40 and V40 Pro siblings, the V40e boasts a captivating curved 6.67-inch OLED display and a refined dual-camera system featuring vivo’s Aura Light portrait technology.

The V40e packs a punch with a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset, coupled with 8GB of RAM and 128GB or 256GB of storage. While expandable storage isn’t offered, the display delivers an immersive experience with its FHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and peak brightness reaching 4,500 nits. The front features a 50MP selfie camera with eye autofocus, ensuring sharp and clear captures.

On the rear, the V40e showcases a 50MP main camera equipped with the IMX882 sensor and OIS, complemented by an 8MP ultrawide lens. Running on FuntouchOS 14 based on Android 14, the V40e promises a smooth and secure experience with guaranteed 3 years of Android version updates and 4 years of security patches.
