**VANCOUVER, BC, September 23, 2024** – URZ3 Energy Corp. (URZ) today announced the passing of Director Ben Leboe, a respected business leader and valued member of the company. Leboe was a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA), business valuator, and management consultant with extensive experience. After starting his career with KPMG, he served as Chief Financial Officer for numerous organizations, including Uranerz Energy Corp., and held several board positions, including with URZ Energy Corp.

Beyond his expertise and business acumen, Leboe was admired for his calm wisdom, unassuming nature, generosity as a mentor, quick wit, and insightful perspective. He was a devoted husband and father, surrounded by his loving family in his final days.
