**FORT WASHINGTON, PA – September 23, 2024** – Toll Brothers, Inc., the nation’s leading luxury homebuilder, has announced a new national partnership with Sunrun Inc., America’s leading home solar and storage provider. This partnership will see Sunrun provide solar power and storage solutions for all Toll Brothers homes nationwide, starting with an exclusive agreement for California homes.

Under the agreement, Sunrun will be the exclusive provider of solar power as a standard feature in all new Toll Brothers communities in California. The partnership also includes a preferred agreement for Sunrun to provide solar power for additional Toll Brothers divisions nationwide.

Sunrun will act as a “one-stop shop” for solar installations, handling sales, design, permitting, installation, customer care, and warranty. Home buyers in California will also have the option to choose a third-party battery storage system, such as EnPhase or the Tesla Powerwall 3, to complement their solar systems.

The agreement will allow Toll Brothers to expand its existing solar power offerings in markets like Massachusetts, Nevada, Arizona, and more. In certain markets, homebuyers will have the option to include solar power as a standard feature, financed with their mortgage.
