Guntur, Andhra Pradesh: Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister and Jana Sena Party President, Pawan Kalyan, has expressed his emotional response to the water crisis that plagued the state during the previous government’s term. In a tweet, Kalyan recalled his experiences during his campaign, where he encountered residents struggling to access clean drinking water. He highlighted the phrase “Nīllu lēvu sāmi…nīku puṇyamuntādi” (There’s no water, sir..May you be blessed), used by locals, which profoundly moved him.

Kalyan attributed the change in the water situation to the current alliance government, stating that they have prioritized addressing basic needs of the people. He specifically cited the ‘Jal Jeevan Mission’, a national program implemented by the NDA government, as a key factor in ensuring clean water supply to every household.

He sharply criticized the previous government, accusing them of neglecting basic necessities and leading to widespread public frustration. Kalyan expressed his commitment to fulfilling the promises made to the people during the elections, focusing on improving their living standards.
