Mon Sep 23 22:54:33 UTC 2024: ## Bengals, Commanders Finalize Inactives for Monday Night Football
**Cincinnati, OH** – The Cincinnati Bengals will be without two key defensive tackles for their Monday Night Football matchup against the Washington Commanders.
Defensive tackle **Sheldon Rankins** (hamstring) was ruled out earlier in the week, and despite hopes of his return, **B.J. Hill** was also deemed inactive due to his own injury. The Bengals will, however, have safety **Vonn Bell**, who was questionable with a back injury.
Other inactive players for the Bengals include wide receiver **Trenton Irwin**, offensive lineman **Jaxson Kirkland**, and tight ends **Tanner McClachlan** and **Tanner Hudson** (knee).
The Commanders will also be without several key players, including defensive end **Clelin Ferrell** (knee), cornerback **Emmanuel Forbes** (thumb), and safeties **Darrick Forrest** and **Dominique Hampton**. Quarterback **Sam Hartman**, offensive guard **Chris Paul**, and running back **Colson Yankoff** will also be inactive. Hartman will serve as the emergency third quarterback.
Despite the injuries, both teams are expected to put up a strong fight on Monday night.
