**Cape Town, South Africa** – An American hiker, identified as Brook Cheuvront, a 20-year-old student from the University of North Carolina, was found dead on Table Mountain this week. Cheuvront went missing on Saturday after her tracking app stopped updating and friends were unable to contact her.
