**GRAND RAPIDS, MICH. – September 23, 2024** – UFP Industries, Inc. (Nasdaq: UFPI) has appointed Landon Tarvin as the new president of UFP Retail Solutions, effective December 29, 2024. Tarvin will succeed Will Schwartz, who will become the company’s CEO on the same date.

UFP Retail Solutions is a major division of UFP Industries, responsible for producing popular brands like ProWood pressure-treated lumber, Deckorators composite decking, UFP-Edge siding and trim, and Outdoor Essentials fence and garden products.

Tarvin, who currently serves as vice president of Deckorators, has been with UFP Industries since 2002, holding various positions of increasing responsibility. He has demonstrated a strong track record of success, particularly during his tenure leading the Deckorators business unit, where he spearheaded the development of a clear brand vision and effective strategies to achieve it.
