**Inglewood, CA** – Hollywood Park, the massive mixed-use development that features SoFi Stadium, is adding three new retail tenants to its growing roster.
Mexican restaurant **Martin’s Cocina y Cantina** will open this fall, taking up 3,600 square feet. Also slated to open in early spring 2025 are **The Meeting Spot**, an open-air restaurant and bar occupying 2,800 square feet, and **Phenix Salon Suites**, a hair salon occupying 15,563 square feet.
Hollywood Park will also temporarily host **CineVita**, an immersive movie soundtrack experience, from December 2024 to April 2025. CineVita, spanning 15,000 square feet in a spiegeltent, will recreate the “golden age of cinema” through live event production.
“A balanced tenant mix at Hollywood Park ensures the project is serving the local community, on-site residents and event attendees,” said Jack Nathan, assistant vice president of brokerage for Kennedy Wilson, the leasing agent for the development.
The development, owned by L.A. Rams owner and chairman Stanley Kroenke and Wilson Meany, spans nearly 300 acres and will ultimately include 5 million square feet of office space, a 300-room hotel, 890,000 square feet of retail space, and 2,500 residences. In addition to SoFi Stadium and the YouTube Theater, Hollywood Park’s retail offerings already include Cinepolis Luxury Cinemas, Residency Art Gallery, JD Sports, Iconix Fitness, and Cosm.
