**Mumbai, India (September 24, 2024):** The Indian stock market is set to welcome four new companies this week, with initial public offerings (IPOs) opening for subscription on Wednesday, September 25th.

Leading the pack is **KRN Heat Exchanger and Refrigeration**, a major player in the industrial equipment sector. The company is raising ₹341.95 crore through a fresh issue of 1.55 crore shares, with a price band of ₹209 to ₹220 per share. The funds will be utilized to establish a new manufacturing facility through a subsidiary and for general corporate purposes. The IPO will close on Friday, September 27th, with the allotment expected by September 30th and listing on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE) on October 3rd.

Joining KRN Heat Exchanger in the IPO race are three Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) IPOs:
