**KOLKATA, INDIA** – Mohun Bagan Super Giant staged a remarkable comeback to defeat NorthEast United 3-2 in a thrilling Indian Super League (ISL) match at the Salt Lake Stadium on Monday.
The match saw a captivating exchange of leads, with NorthEast initially dominating the first half. Mohammed Bemmamer opened the scoring in the 5th minute with a powerful finish. Mohun Bagan quickly responded with an equaliser in the 10th minute thanks to a header from defender Dippendu Biswas.
