Mon Sep 23 16:10:53 UTC 2024: ## Manba Finance IPO Opens Today: GMP at ₹60 Signals Potential 50% Return

**Mumbai, September 23, 2024** – Manba Finance, a non-banking financial company (NBFC-BL), is set to launch its initial public offering (IPO) today, September 23rd, 2024. The IPO, which is expected to see heavy investor interest, will remain open for bidding until September 25th, 2024.

Market observers have pegged the grey market premium (GMP) for the Manba Finance IPO at ₹60, a significant 50% premium over the upper price band of ₹120. This high GMP suggests that investors who are allotted shares in the IPO can potentially expect a 50% return on their investment.

“The market sentiment is positive and supportive for the primary market,” said a market expert. “This, coupled with the strong GMP, makes the Manba Finance IPO an attractive prospect for investors.”

However, financial experts caution investors to carefully scrutinize the company’s financials before making any investment decisions. While a high GMP may indicate strong investor interest, it’s not always a reliable indicator of the company’s long-term performance.

“The grey market is completely unregulated, and its valuation doesn’t reflect the company’s financial health,” added another expert. “Investors should conduct their own due diligence and understand the company’s fundamentals before investing.”

Manba Finance offers a diverse range of financial services including loans for new and used two-wheelers, three-wheelers, electric vehicles, small business loans, and personal loans. The company has a strong presence in Maharashtra, with operations spread across 66 locations in 29 branches across six states.

The minimum lot size for the Manba Finance IPO is 125 shares, with an application amount of ₹15,000. Retail investors can apply for up to 13 lots, with a maximum application amount of ₹1,95,000. The allotment for the IPO is scheduled for September 26th, 2024, with listing expected on September 30th, 2024.
