**New York, NY** – Get ready for a thrilling new adventure as Sam Wilson takes flight as Captain America in a brand-new limited series, “Sam Wilson: Captain America”, set to debut in January 2025.

The series, co-written by Greg Pak (“Star Wars: Darth Vader”) and Evan Narcisse (“Wakanda”) with artwork by Eder Messias (“Phases of the Moon Knight”), will see Sam facing a formidable challenge as he uncovers a sinister plot disguised as a groundbreaking tech venture.

Inspired by “Captain America: Brave New World,” the series will pit Sam against the Red Hulk, who serves as the head of security for the nefarious organization. Balancing his duties as a social worker and a superhero, Sam will grapple with his legacy as Captain America in a thrilling spy thriller.

“Working with Evan on this book has been an absolute dream,” said Pak. “We’re pulling out all the stops to tell a story that matters, that goes deep into what it means for a Black social worker from Harlem to pick up the shield – and put on those wings! – while delivering massive action and thrills in the grand tradition of Marvel super spy science fiction.”

The story also features Sam’s quick-witted cousin Billie and even includes a cameo by Isaiah Bradley.

The first issue features a cover by Taurin Clarke and depicts Captain America at a birthday party for Isaiah Bradley, where he learns about the new tech venture: floating platforms in the sky offering land grants to the disenfranchised. But when Sam uncovers the truth behind this seemingly benevolent organization, he’ll find himself facing off against the Red Hulk.

Fans can expect a high-flying adventure filled with action, suspense, and a deep exploration of what it means to be Captain America in the modern world.
