**Tokyo, Japan** – To mark the 30th anniversary of the PlayStation brand, Sony is releasing a limited-edition collection of gear, taking fans back to the iconic era of the original PlayStation. The collection includes a special grey version of the PlayStation 5 (PS5) and the new PS5 Pro, both featuring a design inspired by the original 1994 console.

The limited-edition PS5 and PS5 Pro boast grey outer panels with darker grey interiors, adorned with the classic four-colour PS logo and a 30th-anniversary logo. The grey aesthetic extends to the DualSense controller, which also features the iconic logo and textured anniversary design. Buyers will also receive exclusive goodies, including themed rubber ties, a sticker, a PS-themed paperclip, and a unique poster.

The PlayStation Portal handheld device joins the celebration, sporting the same grey design and logos. The PS5 and PS5 Pro will be sold in special boxes reminiscent of the original PlayStation packaging, while the PS5 Pro bundle offers a premium experience, including a standard DualSense controller, the upgraded DualSense Edge controller, a charging station, and all the extra goodies.

Only 12,300 units of the PS5 Pro bundle will be produced, each featuring a unique number printed on the side.

Pre-orders for the limited-edition gear begin on September 26th for the PS5 Pro bundle, DualSense controller, PlayStation Portal, and accessories. Pre-orders for the standard PS5 digital edition will open on October 10th. All items will be available for purchase starting November 21st. Pricing details will be announced at a later date.
