The match saw a spectacular performance from Afghan bowlers, with Fazalhaq Farooqi and 18-year-old sensation Allah Mohammad Ghzanfar leading the charge. Farooqi dismantled the South African top order, taking wickets of Reeza Hendricks and Aiden Markram early on.
