Mumbai residents are experiencing widespread network issues today, impacting both Jio mobile and fiber services. Down Detector, a website that tracks real-time service outages, recorded over 10,000 reports of network errors from Jio users.
Frustrated customers took to social media platforms, particularly X (formerly Twitter), to express their concerns. Many reported being unable to access social media platforms or use the internet.

Another user asked, “Jio users across India facing massive network outage. Is anyone else experiencing this?” While a third user simply stated, “Real-time problem and outages for Jio. Is the network down? Mobile internet not working?”
Jio has yet to publicly address the outage or provide an explanation for the widespread disruptions. Users are awaiting updates from the company regarding the cause of the issue and an estimated time of restoration.
