**LONDON, ENGLAND -** Multi-talented musician Blu DeTiger has achieved a historic milestone, becoming the first woman to have her own signature bass with Fender – the Limited-Edition Blu DeTiger x Player Plus Jazz Bass®.

“It’s crazy we’ve known each other for so long and I’m so excited about this,” DeTiger told Sage Bava, her friend and fellow musician, during an interview about the new bass. “When I started this whole project, my goal was to create a bass that I’d personally love to play—a sort of dream designer bass. I also wanted to address something I felt was missing in the market: a lightweight bass.”
