**London, September 16, 2024** – Octopus Future Generations VCT plc (the “Company”) announced today that its unaudited Net Asset Value (NAV) per share stood at 86.8 pence as of June 30, 2024. This represents a decline from the previous period, primarily driven by the challenges faced by several portfolio companies in securing additional funding in the current economic climate.

While some early signs of success are emerging within the portfolio, the difficult fundraising environment for early-stage companies has significantly impacted the NAV.
