Singer-songwriter David Gray is back with new music and a sprawling tour! His upcoming album, *Dear Life*, set to release on January 17th, 2025, marks his first since 2021 and promises a collection of songs exploring the multifaceted human experience.
“A lot has happened to me,” Gray said in a statement, “There’s been change on so many levels, all the ups and downs and dramas and tragedies and joys that the slow movement through life brings. This record has been a reckoning with stuff that’s been building up like static for years. But I say this with joy and a smile on my face. I know what I’ve done is as good as anything I could possibly do.”
To celebrate the release, Gray will embark on a 2025 “Past & Present World Tour”, kicking off in Boston on January 24th and traversing North America before crossing the pond to the UK. The tour will feature Talia Rae as the opening act, who also collaborates with Gray on the lead single “Plus & Minus,” which has been released alongside a music video.
Tickets for the North American leg of the tour will be available via a Ticketmaster artist pre-sale on Wednesday, September 18th (using code SETLIST) with general on-sale beginning on Friday, September 20th.
