Despite battling a nagging groin injury throughout the season, Chopra has remained a force to be reckoned with, securing an Olympic silver and finishing second in two Diamond League meetings.

Chopra will be facing stiff competition in a seven-man field, including Olympic bronze medalist Anderson Peters and Germany’s Julian Weber.
