**Kyiv, Ukraine** – The United States and the United Kingdom are reportedly on the verge of lifting restrictions on Ukraine’s use of long-range missiles against targets inside Russia. This development comes after weeks of pleas from Ukrainian officials seeking the ability to strike at Russian military installations and airfields responsible for attacks on Ukrainian cities and frontlines.

The missiles in question, such as the Anglo-French Storm Shadow, have a range of up to 250km and are considered ideal for targeting hardened bunkers and ammunition stores. They have already been deployed by Ukraine, but with the caveat that they could only be fired at targets within Ukrainian territory.
