**London, UK -** Fellow Loose Women panellists Kaye Adams and Nadia Sawalha have offered words of support for their friend and colleague, Ruth Langsford, following her recent split from husband Eamonn Holmes.

The couple, both 64, announced their separation in May after over two decades together, and are currently going through a divorce. While Ruth was notably absent from the recent National Television Awards (NTAs) where the Loose Women panel celebrated their 25th anniversary, her friends have assured fans that she is doing well.

Speaking to The Sun, Adams shared that Langsford is “doing great,” while Sawalha praised her appearance, saying she “looks amazing.”

“We’re friends and that’s what friends do,” Adams added, highlighting the strong bond among the Loose Women panellists. “We’ve all had highs and lows and we’ve all supported each other.”

Despite the speculation surrounding both Langsford and Holmes’ attendance at the NTAs, it remains unclear if either were present at the event. The couple, who have been regulars at the awards ceremony in the past, have both reportedly moved on with new relationships since their separation.

The former This Morning co-hosts, who met in 1997 and married in 2010, share a son, Jack, 22.
