**Colombo, Sri Lanka – September 13, 2024** – Expolanka Holdings, a prominent Sri Lankan company, has officially transitioned from a public listed company to a private entity, the company announced yesterday. The change in status follows a shareholder resolution passed on March 27, 2024, and is reflected in the company’s new name, Expolanka Holdings Ltd.
