Moreno, previously with Blank Rome, has a strong track record of representing clients in complex civil and corporate litigation, including matters related to business, real estate, antitrust, and product liability. His expertise extends to white collar defense, encompassing cross-border issues, healthcare fraud, securities fraud, and other financial crimes. He also conducts independent investigations on behalf of his clients.

Moreno’s experience in navigating high-stakes disputes, business transactions, and crisis situations involving reputation management has drawn him clients from various sectors, including athletes, executives, politicians, entrepreneurs, and entertainers. He has a proven record of representing professional sports teams, players, leagues, and associations in the US and abroad, focusing on litigation matters related to contracts, licensing, and ownership. His expertise in this area is underscored by his certification as a contract advisor by the National Football League Players Association and National Basketball Players Association.
