**New Delhi:** Hyundai Motor India has officially launched the facelifted version of its popular three-row SUV, the Alcazar, with prices starting at ₹14.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The updated SUV boasts a refreshed exterior design, an extensive feature list, and comes with both petrol and diesel engine options.

The new Alcazar, available in four variants – Executive, Prestige, Platinum, and Signature – will compete with rivals such as the Mahindra XUV700, Kia Carens, and MG Hector Plus.

**Engine and Transmission Options:**
The Alcazar is offered with a 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine producing 158 bhp and 253 Nm of torque, paired with either a 6-speed manual or a 7-speed DCT gearbox. The diesel variant features a 1.5-litre U2 CRDi engine generating 114 bhp and 250 Nm of torque, mated to a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission.

Bookings for the 2024 Alcazar are now open, and deliveries are expected to commence soon.
